In order to fix these problems, you should install a specialized application. You could use Detox My PC in this case.
This Windows program includes several tools for cleaning up your hard disk and registry and also for fixing common computer problems. After installing and running the program, from the graphical interface you are able to select the tools which should be used during the scanning process. Each tool can be fully customized. For example, you can select the partitions which will be scanned for temporary files. Unfortunately, some tools are not available in the demo version, but only in Pro.
